固特异GALAXY空调管的生产工艺流程：
柔性芯模生产 → 内胶及尼龙挤出 → 中胶 → 编织 → 外胶挤出 → 硫化 → 脱芯定压
技术特点：
具有极为优越的防冷媒、防湿渗透及耐热性，曲挠性，减噪性能良好。特殊的内胶层结构能承受巨大的压缩比，确保扣压后的接头完整性。不同于其他品牌空调管的内胶为尼龙防渗层，GALAXY将尼龙防渗层做到了增强层结构内，软管内胶是更加柔软的合成橡胶，使得扣压后的气密性更好，而且软管会更加柔软！
结构：
内胶、尼龙、中胶、编织、中胶、编织、外胶。
The production process of Goodyear GALAXY air conditioning hose:
Flexible core die production → inner rubber and nylon extrusion → middle rubber → braiding → outer rubber extrusion → vulcanization → decoring and pressure setting
Technical features:
It has extremely superior anti-refrigerant, anti-humidity penetration and heat resistance, bending and flexing, and good noise reduction performance. The special inner rubber layer structure can withstand huge compression ratio and ensure the integrity of the joint after buckling. Unlike other brands of air conditioning hose inner rubber for nylon impermeable layer, GALAXY will be nylon impermeable layer to enhance the layer structure within the hose inner rubber is more soft synthetic rubber, making the buckling after the airtight better, and the hose will be more flexible!
