无需硫化工艺的TPS材料食品输送管
结构：外层红色带白色条纹，内层白色，带螺旋形不锈钢钢丝及高强度聚酯纤维网线及双重加强。
工作温度：-35℃到+100℃
技术特性： 采用无需硫化工艺的TPS复合物制造的软管，易弯曲，内外壁光滑，便于清洗和消毒，并能够确保物料在管内流动充分且顺畅。
内壁特性：挤压式生产方式，拥有低孔隙率的TPS软管减少了渗透问题。无气味，无味道，不改变管内介质的原有感官属性。具有绝佳的耐酸碱性能和不透性。该橡胶管耐酒精度高达50%。
外壁特性：耐臭氧、耐老化、耐紫外线、耐候性强。
应用： 流体食品的抽吸和输送，例如：优质葡萄酒、果汁、醋、酱油、烈酒（酒精度小于50%），乳制品。
认证： 符合欧盟EU10/2011食品级标准以及美国FDA食品级标准第21CFR177.2600的规定。
Structure: red outer layer with white stripes, white inner layer with spiral stainless steel wire and high-strength polyester fiber mesh wire and double reinforcement.
Working temperature: -35℃ to +100℃
Technical characteristics: the use of TPS compound without vulcanization process manufactured hose, easy to bend, smooth inside and outside walls, easy to clean and disinfection, and can ensure that the material flow in the tube fully and smoothly.
Inner wall characteristics: extrusion type production method, with low porosity TPS hose reduces permeation problems. Odorless, tasteless, does not change the original sensory properties of the media inside the tube. Excellent acid and alkali resistance and impermeability. The rubber hose is resistant to alcohol up to 50%.
Exterior properties: ozone resistant, aging resistant, UV resistant, weather resistant.
Applications: Suction and transport of fluid foodstuffs, e.g. fine wines, fruit juices, vinegars, sauces, spirits (less than 50% alcoholic strength), dairy products.
Certification: Comply with EU10/2011 food grade standard and US FDA food grade standard 21CFR177.2600
