Platinum vulcanised silicone has a low decomposition rate and is manufactured in our certified clean rooms to form the inner tube of the hose, which does not break down to any odour or taste to the solution medium, making it ideal for pharmaceutical, biomedical, cosmetic and food processing applications. The uniform braided reinforced hose is vulcanised to enhance its pressure resistance, making it ideal for pressure drainage applications.

The silicone hose has undergone extensive physical, chemical and biological testing to meet FDA CFR 177.2600 standards (single-ply mesh silicone hose cannot be used in body grafting, continuous steam and high-pressure applications)

 

Can be sterilised by CIP, SIP or radiation or autoclaved

Applicable temperatures: -60°C to +200°C

 

Standard lengths are 6m/strip, other pack lengths can be made on request, and 90 or 45 degree profiled hoses can be produced on request.

 

Nomex braided construction hoses can be produced.
